This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Create and execute 42 social media posts each month for Facebook/Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn — ensuring timely delivery and brand adherence.
• Modify designs to fit platform-specific dimensions, aspect ratios, and visual requirements while preserving quality and brand integrity.
• Utilize brand guidelines, creative briefs, and content calendars to craft designs that reflect campaign objectives and messaging.
• Generate high-quality image edits and visual enhancements as part of the regular content workflow.
• Provide final assets in the appropriate file formats for each platform and intended use.
• Uphold a cohesive and strong brand visual identity across all design outputs — both digital and print.
• Accurately and creatively apply typographic, color, and layout standards across each asset.
• Enhance content quality through deliberate composition, engaging visual hierarchy, and design choices suited to the audience.
• Assume creative ownership of the monthly content aesthetic while remaining aligned with the strategic vision.
• Undertake additional design projects as outlined and approved — which may include brochures, catalogs, exhibition materials, environmental graphics, and presentation design.
• Oversee project-based deliverables with well-defined turnaround timelines and proactive updates on progress.
• Adapt design outputs to meet print-ready specifications including bleeds, resolution, and color profiles when applicable.
• Manage the monthly content design calendar and ensure all assets are delivered punctually.
• Communicate proactively when timelines, briefs, or assets need clarification.
• Efficiently incorporate feedback and revise designs to minimize unnecessary revisions.
• Maintain organized file systems with clearly labeled, version-controlled design assets.
• A minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience, showcasing a robust portfolio that highlights social media content design, campaign visuals, and multi-format work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign as the primary tools for this role.
• Strong comprehension of social media design best practices across Facebook/Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Proven ability to maintain brand consistency while delivering high-quality work on time and at scale.
• Experience in adapting designs for various platform formats and specifications.
• Exceptional attention to detail — ensuring that files are print-ready, correctly sized, and properly named before submission.
• Self-motivated and organized in a remote work setting.
• Experience in designing for healthcare, clinic, or medical settings — including patient education materials and clinic branding.
• Background in print design, covering brochures, catalogs, exhibition graphics, and environmental signage.
• Familiarity with presentation and pitch deck design (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides).
• Knowledge of Canva for creating client-accessible templates.
• Previous experience working with a monthly content retainer or within an agency model.
