Webflow Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and develop fully responsive websites from the ground up utilizing **Webflow**.

• Produce high-fidelity **wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs using Figma**.

• Design landing pages, advertising creatives, email newsletters, and graphics for social media.

• Establish and uphold scalable **UX design systems** (including component libraries, style guides, and brand systems).

• Collaborate with account managers to grasp client objectives and ensure timely project delivery.

• Apply and uphold **Client-First or Relume** naming conventions within **Webflow**.

• Guarantee that all designs adhere to rigorous standards for responsiveness, usability, and conversion efficacy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in **Webflow design and development**.

• High-level proficiency in **Figma** (covering wireframing, prototyping, and design systems).

• Extensive knowledge of **Webflow CMS, animations, and responsive design**.

• Demonstrated experience in creating **scalable design systems** (including component libraries, style guides, and brand systems).

• Strong grasp of **design fundamentals** (typography, layout, spacing, color theory, and visual hierarchy).

• Experience in generating **digital marketing materials** (such as ads, emails, and social graphics).

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Willingness to work during **U.S. Central Time** hours.

• **Nice-to-Haves**

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.

• Advanced skills in Webflow animations and interactions.

• Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) or A/B testing.

• Background in working with Home Services or Healthcare brands.
