WEBCON Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Perform pre-implementation analysis by collaborating with business stakeholders, comprehending business processes, and suggesting solutions instead of merely applying predefined specifications.

• Create and develop workflows, forms, and business logic on the WEBCON BPS platform.

• Connect applications with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, SQL databases, ERP systems, and AD/Entra).

• Write custom code extensions where low-code features fall short, utilizing C#/.NET, JavaScript, and SQL.

• Sustain and enhance deployed applications, address support requests, and refine existing business processes.

• Produce technical documentation and impart knowledge to the client's team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience implementing business processes with WEBCON BPS (Designer Studio).

• Familiarity with accounting and financial processes (e.g., invoice workflow, AP/AR, cost approval processes) along with a solid understanding of this business domain.

• Proficient in SQL / T-SQL, including the ability to write queries, perform diagnostics, and optimize queries.

• Understanding of BPMN and the capability to convert business processes into workflows.

• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

• Strong communication skills in both Polish and English, as some clients operate in international settings.
