Web3 Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product discovery, planning, and the delivery of crypto-native features.

• Perform direct research with users who utilize crypto on a daily basis to grasp their setups, workarounds, and pain points.

• Create specifications that include clear requirements and acceptance criteria; manage the product backlog; oversee the end-to-end shipping process in collaboration with engineering and design teams.

• Enable cross-functional collaboration with compliance, marketing, support, and operations departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably within payments, e-commerce, or fintech sectors.

• Proven history of successfully launching products that achieve real user adoption.

• Experience in leading initiatives across distributed teams and multiple time zones.

• Hands-on experience with DeFi, including vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, and gas dynamics.

• Understanding of wallet user experience across both desktop and mobile platforms.

• Strong written communication skills for creating specifications, decision documents, and asynchronous updates.
