This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Develop a cohesive product vision as the "Operating System for Online Retail," linking essential endpoints: Sales → Inventory → Tax & Compliance → Shipping.
• Design and oversee the strategic plan for the area to enhance operational efficiency by transforming manual processes into automated workflows (e.g., automatic picking, batch NFe issuing, label printing).
• Stay updated on digital retail trends (e.g., Fulfillment, Dropshipping, Cross-docking, Omnichannel) to anticipate requirements and maintain Bling's competitive edge.
• Formulate value strategies based on customer maturity, identifying monetization possibilities in supplementary services.
• Lead the Core Product roadmap, prioritizing features that alleviate operational friction and enhance the customer's selling capabilities.
• Manage the product development lifecycle encompassing discovery, delivery, and post-launch phases.
• Identify and optimize key journeys: Multichannel Order Management, Real-Time Inventory Synchronization (High Availability), Fast Shipping/Dispatch, and Reverse Logistics.
• Drive product success metrics (KPIs): Integration Adoption, Operational Retention, Efficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in digital product management, particularly in SaaS, ERPs, E-commerce, or Integration Hubs.
• Strong product intuition: an adept understanding of what drives customer value, clearly differentiating between "features" and "effective solutions."
• Expertise in Online Retail: comprehensive knowledge of Marketplace regulations (SLA, Buy Box), integration APIs, logistics (postal carriers/transport companies), and back-office operations (ERP/WMS).
• People management skills: prior experience in leading and developing Product Managers.
• Hands-on approach: strategic leadership that is willing to "roll up their sleeves," engage with details, and help resolve complex issues collaboratively.
• Data intelligence: advanced analytical skills to convert transactional and behavioral data into business strategies (data-driven).
• Stakeholder management: capability to negotiate priorities and convey technical/business vision across various organizational levels.
• Preferred: knowledge and practical application of discovery frameworks, particularly Jobs to be Done (JTBD), emphasizing the user's desired outcomes.
• Technical background: previous software engineering experience or a solid understanding of system architecture and APIs.
