• Cultivate a studio culture that embodies Glitch's values: skilled, kind, ambitious individuals engaged in work they take pride in.
• Manage relationships with external partners, publishers, platforms, and contractors as required.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external platforms (Steam, consoles, mobile), publishers, contractors, and vendors.
• Provide regular updates on project health, resource gaps, risks, and milestones.
• Demonstrated success in delivering games in a senior leadership role, with responsibilities in team building, production, staffing, budgeting, and delivery.

• Strong grasp of both the craft of game development and the management aspects of running a studio.
• Proficient in engine and tooling decisions along with their implications for downstream hiring and pipeline processes.
• Experience in making early organizational design decisions: determining priority roles to hire, how to structure shared versus siloed resources, and scaling effectively without over-hiring.
• Proven ability to recruit and retain exceptional talent while building high-performing teams.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making informed decisions in the absence of established guidelines.
• Excellent communicator capable of collaborating cross-functionally with creative, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
• Deep enthusiasm for games and a strong alignment with what GLITCH represents.
• Preferred: Experience in studios related to animation, film, or transmedia intellectual properties.
• Background in shipping titles that are derived from existing entertainment properties or fanbases.
• Familiarity with indie or mid-sized team structures and resource-limited production environments.
• Complete ownership and the opportunity to build and lead production for games at a studio with a globally recognized IP and an engaged fanbase.
• Direct access to the CEO and significant influence on business strategy.
• Competitive salary and benefits package aligned with experience.
• Remote-friendly work environment with flexible location options.
• The opportunity to create something truly innovative, with a solid creative and commercial foundation already established.
