Web Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality WordPress websites utilizing Elementor, following approved Figma designs.

• Convert Figma wireframes and mockups into responsive, clean, and contemporary layouts.

• Oversee updates, revisions, and content implementation on active client websites.

• Implement SEO best practices, including metadata, headings, on-page formatting, image optimization, redirects, and plugin configuration.

• Install and enhance SEO plugins such as Yoast, RankMath, or All-in-One SEO for optimal performance.

• Ensure a clean site architecture, proper application of theme builder templates, and the use of reusable components.

• Maintain clear communication with account managers and clients regarding timelines, deliverables, and expectations.

• Conduct thorough quality assurance on each site before handoff, focusing on mobile performance, accessibility fundamentals, and page speed.

• Work closely with designers to uphold design integrity throughout the development process.

• Leverage creativity and problem-solving abilities to address design or layout challenges.

• Keep documentation organized and clear.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with WordPress.

• At least 3 years of experience creating websites in Elementor (Pro preferred).

• Demonstrated ability to translate Figma designs into clean WordPress implementations.

• Strong understanding of SEO principles.

• Familiarity with SEO plugins such as Yoast, RankMath, or similar tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High attention to detail and a creative eye for layout and design.

• Capability to manage deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced agency setting.

• **Nice to Have**

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

• Experience with alternative page builders (Divi, Breakdance, Bricks).

• Experience creating supplementary assets such as graphics or simple design elements.

• Understanding of website hosting, staging environments, and domain/DNS management.
