This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Identify pain points in the user journey by analyzing behavioral data and provide strategic, impactful recommendations that improve usability, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Critically assess data by challenging assumptions, exploring underlying user behaviors, and consistently refining hypotheses to reveal deeper user insights and shape optimization priorities.
• Create and prioritize testable hypotheses based on both quantitative and qualitative insights to propel iterative enhancements in site performance and user flow.
• Take ownership of the creation and implementation of a comprehensive testing roadmap, including A/B and multivariate tests, collaborating with Product, UX, and Marketing Operations teams.
• Utilize Heap and Power BI to track user behavior and site performance, providing data-driven insights that guide optimization strategies and align with key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work closely with data analysts to verify findings and ensure that optimization decisions are supported by statistically significant results and demonstrate business impact.
• Transform complex data into engaging narratives that effectively convey optimization results to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with UX and content strategy teams to suggest and implement modifications that enhance clarity, usability, and the overall site experience across crucial user journeys.
• Maintain and systematically update a backlog of optimization opportunities informed by user behavior, research, industry benchmarks, and organizational objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to establish testing priorities and site experience objectives, promoting a shared understanding of trade-offs, dependencies, and anticipated outcomes.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in website optimization, digital experience, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or a comparable position.
• Extensive experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Heap, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
• Proficiency in A/B and multivariate testing tools such as Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target, or similar solutions.
• A strong hypothesis-driven approach, with a proven track record of designing, executing, and analyzing digital experiments.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to work independently on web data while collaborating with data teams for in-depth analysis.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX, content, product, and engineering, to bring concepts to fruition.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly, actionable, and persuasively.
