This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Develop, refresh, and publish website content and pages in Contentful, encompassing copy, disclosures, rates, product details, and creative assets.
β’ Design and update landing pages associated with campaigns, product launches, and business needs.
β’ Conduct quality assurance on every modification before and after publishing to ensure accuracy, formatting, functional links, and appropriate content relationships.
β’ Handle a consistent influx of requests, adhere to set timelines, and prioritize urgent updates effectively.
β’ Implement legal and compliance-driven content updates with precision and timeliness.
β’ Collaborate with marketing, legal, compliance, product, and engineering teams when updates necessitate review or technical assistance.
β’ Ensure content hygiene and document completed changes as necessary.
β’ Assist in the setup and launch of A/B and multivariate conversion rate optimization tests in Contentful and support the interpretation of results when needed.
β’ Over 3 years of experience managing or publishing website content in an in-house or similarly dynamic environment, at the Manager to Senior Manager level.
β’ Strong practical experience with Contentful and the capability to operate independently in the platform from the outset.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and QA discipline, especially regarding regulated or customer-facing content.
β’ Proficient in managing a high volume of intricate and repetitive content updates via a ticketing system.
β’ Capacity to handle multiple requests and changing priorities autonomously.
β’ Clear communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and engineering departments.
β’ Web operations experience in either a fast-paced startup or a large enterprise setting.
β’ Preferred: experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or another regulated sector.
β’ Preferred: experience in designing and executing CRO experiments, A/B or multivariate tests, and analyzing results in GA4, Amplitude, or a similar analytics tool.
β’ Preferred: basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
β’ Engagements generally range from 10 to 40 hours per week, based on the client and the scope of work.
