This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee and enhance Google Ads campaigns for dental practices located in the U.S.
• Develop, initiate, and fine-tune Performance Max (PMax) campaigns with an emphasis on high-quality leads.
• Execute and oversee Target CPA bidding strategies to manage cost-per-lead effectively.
• Utilize Google Business Profile (GBP) and Google Maps ad placements in conjunction with conventional Search campaigns.
• Precisely track and distinguish lead sources (GMB/Maps vs. Search) for reporting to clients.
• Deliver clear, actionable reports and strategic recommendations on a consistent basis.
• Remain updated with changes in the Google Ads platform, including beta features and best practices.
• Proven experience in local lead generation through Google Ads, specifically managing campaigns for U.S. local B2C businesses.
• Understanding of Google Business Profile + Google Ads integration, including the ability to connect and optimize GBP assets within campaigns and knowledge of how Maps/Local ads function alongside Search.
• Experience with Target CPA bidding, including setting, monitoring, and adjusting tCPA to achieve cost-per-lead objectives across various business types.
• Proficiency in creating Performance Max campaigns that generate quality leads rather than low-value conversions, and optimizing them over time using asset group performance, audience signals, and search term insights.
• Bonus points if you possess:
• ⭐ Experience managing search campaigns with Microsoft/Bing Ads.
• ⭐ Experience conducting lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• ⭐ Familiarity with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management and offline editing.
• ⭐ Experience collaborating with U.S. dental offices.
• ⭐ Experience working with U.S. medical practices.

• Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 per month*
