This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
β’ Acquire and implement our predictive modeling techniques in client campaigns to reduce risk and proactively design campaigns for success.
β’ Spearhead the creation of strategic paid media initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives to achieve impactful outcomes.
β’ Drive ongoing optimization efforts, overseeing and refining campaigns across various platforms to enhance client ROI.
β’ Collaborate with clients and internal teams to guarantee that paid media initiatives are integrated within broader marketing strategies.
β’ Guide junior team members and work collaboratively across departments, sharing knowledge and promoting a high-performance team culture.
β’ Track and analyze KPIs, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business (preferred).
β’ Over 4 years of pertinent experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a minimum of 2 years in an agency environment.
β’ Proficient in full-funnel account management across PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic/Display channels.
β’ Strong technical background, with expertise in Unbounce, PPC Management Software, SpyFu, Excel, Ahrefs, along with certifications in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Meta.
β’ Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
β’ Passionate about mentoring junior team members.
β’ Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus.
