This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Leading the strategy for paid social across a variety of client accounts, which includes responsibilities for planning, execution, optimization, testing, measurement, and storytelling performance.
• Acting as a senior partner in paid social for clients, leading strategic discussions, performance updates, growth planning sessions, and making recommendations for escalations.
• Crafting comprehensive paid social strategies that encompass brand awareness, consideration, ecommerce conversion, retention, creative testing, incrementality, lift studies, MMM inputs, and MER/CAC/LTV analyses.
• Managing monthly media budgets ranging from six to seven figures across dynamic sectors such as ecommerce, CPG, retail, lead generation, and consumer brands, all while meeting aggressive performance targets.
• Supervising the execution of paid social campaigns across various platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X.
• Remaining actively involved in advertising platforms and stepping in “on the keys” as necessary to audit, troubleshoot, launch, optimize, or stabilize campaigns.
• Collaborating with paid search, client strategy, creative, analytics, and programmatic teams to pinpoint cross-platform growth opportunities and ensure that the paid social strategy aligns with overall media planning.
• Translating client business objectives into actionable paid social recommendations that link channel performance to revenue, acquisition, efficiency, retention, and long-term growth.
• Overseeing, mentoring, and developing a team of 4–6 direct reports who are individual contributors, which includes conducting regular 1:1s, managing performance, supporting career development, hiring, and coaching on client work.
• Offering account-specific insights to junior team members on strategy, platform execution, analysis, communication, prioritization, and crafting executive-ready storytelling.
• Assisting in the evolution of paid social best practices, quality assurance processes, campaign workflows, reporting automation, creative testing frameworks, and AI-enhanced operating models.
• Promoting the adoption of AI-driven workflows and enhancements in ad operations to boost quality, consistency, speed, and scalability.
• Contributing to new business pitches, audits, and opportunities for account growth when aligned with business objectives.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in paid media, demonstrating deep knowledge in paid social strategy, buying, optimization, measurement, and client leadership.
• Significant hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok, along with additional familiarity with platforms such as Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, and/or X.
• Proven experience in managing monthly paid media budgets of six to seven figures.
• A background in supporting ecommerce and/or CPG brands, particularly in fast-paced environments with aggressive goals for acquisition, revenue, efficiency, or growth.
• Comprehensive knowledge of full-funnel paid social strategies covering awareness, consideration, conversion, retention, creative testing, and measurement.
• Familiarity with advanced measurement techniques such as incrementality testing, geo testing, brand lift, conversion lift, media mix modeling, and creative experimentation frameworks.
• Capability to lead strategic conversations with clients, establish trusted relationships, navigate uncertainty, and provide clear recommendations under pressure.
• Proven track record of managing and developing direct reports, including coaching, providing feedback, managing performance, and supporting career growth.
• Strong collaborative skills to effectively partner with paid search, client strategy, creative, analytics, programmatic, and other media teams.
• Ability to shift fluidly between strategy and execution, including taking on platform tasks when necessary for the account or team.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the capability to convert data into actionable strategies.
