This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver technical assistance through phone, email/tickets, and chat.
• Resolve customers' web technology challenges by clarifying web hosting elements and providing clear, actionable advice.
• Diagnose and fix complex website and email problems.
• Install, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot content management systems such as WordPress.
• Clearly articulate DNS settings and web design tools for customer comprehension.
• Handle and escalate pre-sales, sales, and billing questions as necessary.
• Arrange and perform follow-up calls to guarantee a seamless support experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to maintaining high satisfaction rates.
• Assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned to fulfill team and business objectives.
• Background in a technical support or helpdesk position.
• Proficient troubleshooting abilities, particularly with websites and email systems.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with web hosting platforms is a significant advantage.
• Experience in customer service or a related technical role is beneficial.
