This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Attain brand sales objectives by managing territory budgets and expenses effectively.
• Create and implement annual business plans for the territory based on market insights.
• Formulate strategic action plans for the territory utilizing key data sources.
• Accurately and promptly complete reports related to expenses, marketing, field visits, and calls.
• Collaborate with alliance partners to achieve overall goals.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and Regeneron guidelines.
• Strategically think and manage time to enhance customer engagement.
• Work autonomously to implement plans amidst challenging timelines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of five years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• MR certification and a valid driver's license are necessary.
• Exceptional skills in customer engagement with an emphasis on providing value.
• Strong technical aptitude along with the ability to sell based on disease and concepts.
• Excellent writing, dialogue, and presentation capabilities, with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email applications.
• Preferred experience in the ENT therapeutic area and biologics sales.
• Current knowledge of clinical aspects related to the therapeutic area and competitor products is preferred.
• Established relationships with key opinion leaders in ENT and respiratory medicine are preferred.
• Proficiency in English is preferred, but not mandatory for this position.
