Web Growth Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Propel growth across a suite of web products, concentrating on enhancing ARPU and conversion rates.

• Take ownership of the design and implementation of a data-driven experimentation program.

• Streamline conversion funnels from start to finish: acquisition → paywall → revenue retention.

• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth experiments across various products.

• Enhance churn-prevention processes and apply statistical rigor to experimental methods.

• Partner with design, engineering, and data teams to conduct A/B testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Growth, CRO, or Product with direct responsibility for ARPU or revenue.

• Familiarity with subscription-based products.

• Proven track record of boosting ARPU and conversion rate of web funnels via a structured, data-driven experimentation program, rather than ad hoc testing.

• Advanced understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical concepts (MDE, sample size, significance).

• Strong knowledge of funnel optimization, paywalls, pricing experiments, and strategies for reducing churn.

• Proficient with web analytics tools (such as Amplitude, Tableau) and A/B testing platforms (including Amplitude Experiments, RevenueCat Funnels, VWO, or similar).

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools in daily tasks (like Claude, Replit, n8n, or equivalents) to automate processes and expedite discovery, design, and delivery. A willingness to learn quickly and navigate technological uncertainties is valued as much as prior experience.

• Excellent analytical skills; SQL knowledge is an advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize based on impact versus effort and deliver quantifiable results.
