This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the implementation of strategic goals, shape the product roadmap, and prioritize tasks throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate as part of a globally distributed team, participating in ad-hoc meetings outside of regular working hours.
• Analyze and integrate customer, market, and business needs to guide and enhance product strategy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry and technological trends.
• Partner with Security, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Information Governance, Customer Success, and the Leadership team to outline requirements.
• Support the product vision and oversee the roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer demands.
• Deliver a financially viable, continuously evolving technology platform.
• Safeguard intellectual property, user data, and system integrity by following policies and procedures for secure software development.
• Serve as the primary product representative in customer interactions, facilitating discovery and feedback sessions.
• Track release timelines to confirm the availability of products and features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives and resolve issues.
• A minimum of 4 years in Product Management or a related position.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain BPSS clearance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in product architecture and design for cloud-scale enterprise software deployed globally and operational 24/7 on cloud platforms like AWS.
• Proven track record in steering elements of the product development lifecycle, including product vision, go-to-market strategy, requirements gathering, and product launch.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or similar tools.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
• A robust customer-centric approach with the capability to balance business needs and customer requirements for an optimized experience.
