This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Continuous development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Facilitate discovery activities by collaborating with users, design teams, and technical members to develop effective solutions that provide measurable value to Aya and our clients.

• Guide cross-functional teams in collaboratively realizing product concepts and successfully launching them to market.

• Deliver high-quality work while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.

• Quickly adapt to changing market and business dynamics through effective collaboration with stakeholders, the delivery team, and leadership.

• Assist the Production Support team by analyzing escalated issues.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in an external-facing software product role, such as Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner.

• Preferred experience in healthcare staffing, workforce planning, scheduling software, processes, or integrations.

• AI/ML experience is a plus.

• Proven understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques and methods.

• Established ability to engage constructively and collaboratively with engineers, designers, and company leaders.

• Strong communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written), with a proactive and responsive approach.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence across various functions and disciplines.
