AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead Align: conduct discovery sessions with operating partners to pinpoint valuable use cases for development.

• Transform unclear AI goals into evaluation-ready scopes.

• Maintain alignment on scope with senior stakeholders.

• Collaborate effectively as a peer with senior engineers.

• Manage the engagement rhythm: oversee weekly client reviews, internal evaluation discussions, and milestone demonstrations.

• Foster post-launch growth by analyzing insights from production data.

• Document successful strategies: the discovery script will be adopted as the team's standard.

• Guide and mentor Product Managers as the team expands.

• Over 7 years of experience in product management.

• Solid foundation in product generalist skills prior to specializing in AI.

• Ability to engage deeply with technical aspects.

• Proven strength in client interactions.

• Excellent written communication skills.
