This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from inception to completion.
• Establish a long-term vision, prioritize product backlogs, and create roadmaps aimed at enhancing clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Convert intricate medical, clinical, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Serve as the primary liaison between healthcare professionals (including doctors, nurses, and administrators), the clinician success team, and engineering/design teams.
• Oversee and prioritize product backlog items effectively.
• Lead and coordinate product release communications for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of developments in the healthcare market and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with product leadership on product roadmap planning and maintenance, ensuring that prioritized initiatives align with business objectives and keep ahead of market competitors.
• A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or computer science.
• A background in clinical informatics, electronic health record (EHR) implementation, or healthcare IT is preferred.
• 2-6 years of experience in product management as a Product Manager and/or Product Owner.
• Proven experience working in a cross-functional team environment with engineers, designers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Experience working directly with clinicians is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies, preferably Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive in leading and executing mission-critical features while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong empathy for customers and their experiences using our product.
• A passion for collaboration, along with a desire to learn, teach, and expand beyond the current limits of your skills.
• Possessing industry-specific technical knowledge in digital health is a definite advantage.
• Highly motivated and curious, eager to explore ideas to tackle challenging problems in the healthcare sector.
