Web & Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belarus.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance the primary website for the brand;

• Create engaging landing pages;

• Construct and maintain design systems focused on the web;

• Design banners and various digital marketing materials;

• Assist in preparing presentations for events and talks;

• Create interactive prototypes;

• Adapt website layouts to accommodate different screen resolutions;

• Collaborate with the development team to hand off design assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator;

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS;

• Willingness to undertake a test task;

• A portfolio is required;

• Over 3 years of professional experience as a Web Designer;

• A solid grasp of UX/UI principles;

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively;

• Capacity to work under deadlines and manage tasks independently;

• Readiness to integrate AI-based tools into the workflow;

• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition;

• Intermediate proficiency in English is a plus;

• Russian language skills are mandatory;

• Intermediate knowledge of No-code tools (Webflow, Framer, Readymag, etc.).
