This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Site Build.
• Develop, launch, and manage landing pages and templates in Sanity, ensuring our CMS and component library are well-maintained.
• Advise on page layout and design choices, translating brand guidelines into visually appealing and high-performing pages, without directly overseeing the design team.
• Conduct quality assurance for every release prior to deployment, identifying visual, functional, and cross-device issues early on. Take charge of Core Web Vitals, site speed, and essential SEO aspects like schema markup and indexing.
• Enhance Conversion Performance.
• Identify areas where the site may be losing visitors (such as friction in layouts, forms, navigation, or information architecture) and implement fixes.
• Bring a well-informed perspective on user flows, conversion psychology, mobile experience, and page hierarchy to each project.
• Execute structured A/B tests and analyze the results with genuine statistical rigor, rather than relying on intuition.
• Manage Measurement from Start to Finish.
• Work extensively with GA4 and Google Tag Manager: create events, track conversions, and perform funnel analysis to clarify site activity.
• Independently establish tracking for activities such as downloads, demo requests, video engagement, and CTA performance without needing to involve RevOps for every adjustment.
• Contribute to Our AI-Powered Web Experiences.
• Assist in building and maintaining AI-driven tools and features on our website, and leverage AI tools to accelerate development and delivery.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in constructing and managing marketing or e-commerce websites. We prioritize talent, adaptability, and a history of consistent ownership over specific years of experience.
• Practical experience with managing a website in Sanity or a similar headless CMS, encompassing content modeling, GROQ queries, and schema definition in TypeScript.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React, with sufficient familiarity with a component-based front end to operate effectively in Sanity.
• Genuine expertise in GA4 and Google Tag Manager. This is essential for the role, not just a desirable skill.
• An acute sense for page design and layout, even if you are not the one directing the brand's visual identity.
• A proven history of leveraging data, rather than personal opinions, to enhance page and form conversion rates, including structured A/B testing.
• An independent, solution-focused work style: you bring forward ideas and alternatives, not merely hurdles, and you excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with spontaneous requests.
• A positive, approachable attitude towards feedback. The website is public, and everyone has their views; you embrace critique and respond with fresh solutions.
• Competitive salaries, stock options, and extensive benefits.
• Generous paid time off, parental leave, and home office stipends.
• A fully remote work environment with chances for in-person team gatherings.
• A strong commitment to professional development and an inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives are valued.
• A company that integrates AI into its core operations, where we not only develop AI products but also expect our team to utilize AI tools on a daily basis.
