General Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assume comprehensive operational oversight for the US region.

• Propel the expansion of regional sales.

• Assist and coordinate with Branch Managers to effectively handle customer orders.

• Maintain responsibility for the entire P&L.

• Ensure a seamless flow of communication regarding customer service.

• Supervise adherence to logistics-related operations.

• Provide guidance to managers on recruitment and team development.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance processes.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of daily KPIs.

• Foster and promote a positive workplace culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing both sales and operations.

• Familiarity with building materials, particularly in cabinetry or the kitchen and bath sector.

• Strong business insight and experience in handling reporting, financial statements, and driving profitability.

• Relevant experience in industrial or building materials distribution.

• A commercial or sales-oriented perspective.

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of complete branch office operations.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels, as well as with suppliers and customers.

• KPI-focused, well-organized, and possessing excellent communication capabilities.
