This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Design and manage websites for over 15 operating companies, ensuring they remain visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent with brand standards.
• Execute website redesigns and updates as needed, which may involve modifications to site structure, navigation, and visual components.
• Conduct regular audits of websites to identify and rectify issues related to performance, functionality, and overall user experience.
• Develop and refresh landing pages customized for specific marketing campaigns to boost conversions, gather leads, and improve user engagement.
• Partner with marketing teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for SEO, conversions, and alignment with campaign objectives.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to refresh website content, including text, images, banners, and calls to action that support ongoing campaigns and promotions.
• Address website issues such as broken links, formatting errors, and other technical challenges.
• Provide assistance as necessary to promptly resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal website functionality.
• Track website performance utilizing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor user behavior, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Generate regular performance reports for websites, emphasizing key insights and areas needing enhancement.
• Oversee multiple website projects simultaneously, maintaining an organized strategy and adhering to deadlines for updates, new builds, and landing page creation.
• Keep comprehensive documentation of all website-related projects, encompassing changes made, design elements, and content updates.
• Expertise in web development tools and platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or comparable content management systems (CMS).
• In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, along with a basic understanding of PHP or other web programming languages.
• Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) for monitoring and reporting website performance.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles to craft visually appealing and user-friendly web pages.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with marketing teams, grasp their needs, and translate them into website modifications.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects for various companies simultaneously.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in website updates, content, and SEO optimization.
• Experience in creating landing pages and conducting A/B testing for enhanced conversions.
• Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) for creating or editing images and visual content for websites.
• Capacity to work independently and proactively address website issues and enhancements.
• Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
• Daily Working Time: 8 AM-5 PM PST
