Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Community Sports Partners is among the largest and fastest-growing private youth sports operators in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

• We are in search of a skilled Web Developer who possesses robust front-end and back-end development capabilities.

• The ideal candidate should have expertise in PHP, SQL, AJAX, HTML, and CSS, along with practical experience in UI/UX design, including A/B testing.

• You will be instrumental in improving our digital platforms, guaranteeing a seamless user experience, and implementing efficient web solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications utilizing PHP (Laravel), SQL, AJAX, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

• Collaborate with the design team to devise and implement UI/UX enhancements.

• Perform A/B testing to refine user interfaces and elevate user experience.

• Integrate and manage third-party APIs, including Stripe, Square POS, Twilio, and Brevo.

• Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure the stability and performance of web applications.

• Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in web development and UI/UX design.

• Qualifications:

• Required:

• Experience and adaptability in learning and working with legacy systems.

• Proficient level of spoken and written English.

• Demonstrated experience as a full-stack PHP Web Developer.

• Strong, current knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.

• Skilled in back-end development with PHP and SQL.

• Experience in UI/UX design and A/B testing.

• Familiarity with implementing and interacting with Twilio, SendGrid, RingCentral, and Stripe APIs.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Nice to have:

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience in Linux server management.

• Experience in building or working with CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with Laravel or other MVC frameworks.

• Experience with Vue or other JavaScript frameworks.

• Experience with TailwindCSS, SASS, and/or PostCSS.

• Understanding of RestAPIs, OOP, and mobile-first design concepts.
