Front-end Developer, React – Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and improve features in React Native (iOS and Android) as well as web applications utilizing React and Vue.js.

• Engage in the complete development lifecycle, which includes technical refinement, implementation, code evaluations, and releases.

• Create and uphold unit tests to guarantee sufficient coverage for essential application processes.

• Play a role in architectural decisions and the adoption of best development practices within the team.

• Spot opportunities for enhancements and work continuously to minimize technical debt.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a distributed development setting.

• Contribute to mobile and web digital products within a financial ecosystem, emphasizing quality, performance, and minimizing regression risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with React Native and/or React in production settings.

• Expertise in TypeScript, including advanced typing, generics, and established development practices.

• Background in unit testing using Jest and Testing Library.

• Strong understanding of React Hooks, Context API, and state management methodologies.

• Familiarity with Git, including participation in code reviews and collaborative workflows.

• Capability to work simultaneously on mobile and web projects.

• Preferred: experience with Vue.js, particularly the Composition API.

• Preferred: experience in fintech initiatives or financial platforms.

• Preferred: understanding of Clean Code and SOLID principles applied within front-end development.

• Preferred: experience with Firebase (Remote Config and Realtime Database).

• Preferred: knowledge of CI/CD processes for mobile and web applications.

• Preferred: understanding of Package-by-Feature (feature-based) architecture.
