Web Designer, Digital Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Create visually engaging web pages, landing pages, and marketing materials (both digital and print) that adhere to brand guidelines.

• Utilize UX principles to improve usability, enhance user journeys, and boost conversion rates.

• Develop and maintain WordPress pages, ensuring designs are responsive, accessible, and consistent.

• Apply on-page SEO best practices to enhance search visibility and optimize site performance.

• Conduct audits of websites and landing pages to identify and rectify broken links, outdated content, and UX challenges.

• Offer cross-departmental assistance to deliver cohesive web design solutions.

• Contribute to marketing efforts by creating high-quality graphics and promotional materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Over 2 years of experience in web, digital, or graphic design.

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in web design along with marketing and print work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Experience in building and managing web content on WordPress.

• Understanding of UX principles and responsive design.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
