Web Content Specialist – 6 month contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Assist in broadening our digital footprint across various markets.

• Accountable for developing and overseeing localized versions of websites and new pages utilizing CMS.

• Replicate and create new website iterations for distinct brands, regions, and languages.

• Design new website pages based on business needs.

• Oversee the complete translation process, which includes generating initial translations, liaising with native speakers or internal stakeholders for approval, incorporating feedback and revisions, reviewing and refining translated content, adjusting layouts, and conducting quality assurance checks.

• Partner with marketing, compliance, and product teams to guarantee content accuracy and adherence to regulations.

• Work alongside internal development resources to manage any technical prerequisites prior to deployment.

• Ensure all updates are verified across relevant devices and browsers before going live.

• Maintain uniformity across all site versions while tailoring content for local significance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with headless CMS platforms is crucial.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Experience in managing multilingual content or localization processes.

• Capability to coordinate with translators, agencies, or international teams.

• Basic knowledge of website structure, layout, and UX principles.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Preferred: Background in financial services, trading, or fintech sectors.

• Familiarity with translation tools (e.g., CAT tools, machine translation platforms).

• Understanding of SEO best practices for multilingual websites.

• Ability to work with HTML/CSS for minor content or layout modifications.

• Experience in managing high-volume content production.
