Senior Hyland ECM Consultant – Perceptive Content, ImageNow, OnBase

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create and execute enterprise content management solutions utilizing Hyland OnBase, Perceptive Content, and ImageNow.

• Formulate ECM strategies, governance frameworks, and content lifecycle management methodologies.

• Install, set up, and manage Hyland platforms.

• Conduct system upgrades, migrations, and optimize platform performance.

• Develop and maintain business workflows, automating various processes (e.g., Accounts Payable, Human Resources).

• Integrate Hyland solutions with different platforms (such as Ellucian Banner, Workday, Salesforce).

• Oversee migrations from legacy ECM systems and ensure data quality validation.

• Diagnose system issues and performance limitations while guiding junior administrators and developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience with Hyland ECM solutions.

• At least 3 years of experience in administering Perceptive Content / ImageNow environments.

• Proven experience in implementing enterprise workflow solutions.

• Familiarity with document imaging and capture technologies.

• Experience in supporting mission-critical production environments.
