Sector Lead – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily execution of Directed Content initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

• Lead a team of Project Managers to guarantee expert call transcripts covering a variety of topics.

• Serve as the bridge between strategic vision and implementation, ensuring seamless execution of sector coverage plans.

• Create and enhance project workflows, establishing structured QA and feedback mechanisms.

• Partner with Product and Operations teams to test AI-powered tools that enhance efficiency and quality.

• Analyze engagement data, identify coverage gaps, and adjust project pipelines accordingly.

• Stay updated on ongoing developments in the Healthcare sector to inform research direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in equity research, market intelligence, consulting, or a related analytical role within the Healthcare field.

• In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare domain, with a strong understanding of key players, business models, and industry trends.

• Comprehensive understanding of European and Asian equity markets.

• Demonstrated experience in people management, including leading, mentoring, and developing teams.

• Proficient in translating strategic goals into actionable research projects that deliver high-impact insights.

• Outstanding organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Strong grasp of project economics, with the ability to manage budgets and track ROI effectively.

• Capable of collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to ensure alignment and promote continuous improvement.

• Possess intellectual curiosity, client-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

• Solid understanding of compliance, MNPI, and confidentiality standards.
