This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide a tailored, high-touch experience for Empower clients, facilitating both proactive and reactive interactions related to onboarding, financial planning, and investment strategies.
• Guide clients through essential planning milestones and outreach initiatives in collaboration with your practice team, ensuring a smooth and proactive journey.
• Enhance client relationships by overseeing ongoing communications, anticipating needs, and acting as a reliable point of contact alongside your Practice Lead and Client Experience Specialist.
• Recognize planning opportunities through client discussions and data insights; lead the information-gathering process to deliver timely and pertinent recommendations.
• Offer financial planning customized to each client’s specific goals—providing advice independently or in partnership with your practice team, based on the complexity and client preferences.
• Aid in the execution and monitoring of investment strategies that align with client goals and risk profiles; stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory updates.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across Empower Personal Wealth to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 4 years of relevant work experience in financial services and/or customer experience.
• Required FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations.
• FINRA fingerprinting is necessary.
• Adequate knowledge of wealth management strategies, financial planning, tax and income optimization, and estate planning.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; strong interpersonal skills; detail-oriented; capable of managing multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously; proactive self-starter, with strong situational awareness and contextual thinking, as well as strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Outstanding in delivering effective client consultations – consistently composed, professional, and adept at establishing trust and fostering long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse client needs, achieve multi-product objectives, and analyze and present investment portfolios to clients.
• Proficient in or capable of quickly mastering: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, NetX360, and other proprietary recordkeeping systems.
