This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Deliver service and account management assistance to clients within a specified region.
• Conduct water testing and upkeep of equipment.
• Evaluate microbiological and water chemistry data.
• Respond swiftly, professionally, and accurately to client inquiries.
• Carry out minor maintenance tasks on water monitoring devices.
• Perform on-site measurements using testing instruments (e.g., chlorine, temperature, and pH readings).
• Gather building water samples for laboratory culture analysis.
• Guide or train colleagues to promote consistent knowledge sharing and team growth.
• Preferred background in science, engineering, or mathematics.
• Capability to learn the operation of equipment measuring pH, temperature, and residual oxidant levels in water.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Self-driven and proactive.
• Possesses a "can do" attitude.
• Keen interest in acquiring new knowledge and concepts.
