Wastewater Treatment Professional Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create and implement innovative strategies for wastewater treatment and conveyance initiatives.

• Work in collaboration with diverse teams of engineers, designers, and technical experts.

• Team up with seasoned project managers to enhance client relationships and ensure successful project delivery.

• Act as a technical authority in the field of Wastewater Treatment.

• Progress towards becoming a project manager and engage directly with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

• Practical experience in the design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial wastewater treatment projects.

• Comprehensive knowledge of wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and relevant regulations.

• Professional Engineer status in the state of Wisconsin or the ability to obtain a WI license within six months.

• Over 5 years of experience in designing or overseeing wastewater treatment or conveyance projects.

• Acquainted with regional wastewater challenges and municipal government clients.

• Experience with multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities, adhere to deadlines, and produce high-quality results.

• Prior Project Management Experience is required.

• Must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Must be a resident of Wisconsin or the Chicago, IL area.
