• Preparing and assessing calculations for warranty parts and labor rates.
• Submitting warranty labor time guides, including coding tasks.
• Cross-referencing Excel data with PDF versions of repair orders.
• Detecting any missing repair orders within the sequence.
• Ensuring full compliance with relevant state statutes and manufacturer standards.
• Collaborating effectively with the team’s staff, senior manager, and partner.
• Overseeing a team of 10+ members while reporting to the partner and senior manager.
• Experience in franchised automotive settings, particularly within parts and service departments, along with a solid understanding of warranty processes.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry and/or expertise in warranty reimbursement, claims submission, and repair order evaluations are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is mandatory.
• A collaborative team player with a keen attention to detail.
• An accounting degree is not necessary.
• A supportive attitude towards fellow team members within the Firm.
• Ability to maintain clear communication with team leaders.
• Capacity for self-accountability to meet deadlines promptly.
