Warranty Claims Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Schedule, finalize, and transmit repair orders utilizing Reynolds & Reynolds software.

• Employ various Mercedes-Benz software applications to manage claims, assess labor times, and evaluate associated documents.

• Keep abreast of developments in claims, coverage criteria, and updates to manufacturer policies.

• Engage in manufacturer webinars and participate in internal evaluations.

• Reconcile Warranty Receivables Schedules with the tools provided by Accounting.

• Thoroughly document all claim activities within the management system.

• Deliver regular updates on claim status and discuss trends with the management team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a General Motors Warranty Administrator is required.

• Proficient in navigating Service and Warranty functions within NetStar and EVA.

• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite is advantageous.

• Strong grasp of automotive technology and diagnostic processes.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Competence in Microsoft Office and claims management software.

• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
