Senior Specialist, Rate Administration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Ensure that all system rates for both customers and suppliers align with their authorized rate cards.

• Accurately create, modify, and phase out rates within Airspace's pricing and rating frameworks.

• Conduct regular audits to compare live system rates with source rate cards.

• Identify the reasons behind incorrect rates and facilitate their correction.

• Collaborate with Pricing, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to verify rate intentions.

• Keep thorough records of rate modifications, approvals, and the rationale for configurations.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a role focused on data, finance, or operations.

• Proven attention to detail in a position where precision significantly impacted results.

• Proficient in spreadsheet and data management tools (Excel / Google Sheets); comfortable handling large datasets and reconciling sources.

• Established problem-solving skills and a history of quickly learning new systems.

• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple rate modifications and audits simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.
