This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our innovative software and the real estate private equity sector.
• Utilize Juniper Square software to assist our fund administration and investor services clients.
• Execute workspace management responsibilities for our clients, which include creating investor positions and verifying workspaces for accuracy and completeness.
• Aid customers throughout their fundraising journeys by aligning with their goals and timelines, while clearly communicating the benefits of Juniper Square software and processes.
• Track customer health and relay insights to internal teams.
• Balance customer requests with compliance to our defined scope of work and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Oversee treasury-related operations such as recording LP contributions and managing payments for clients.
• Examine payment interruptions and chargebacks; liaise with banking partners to resolve exceptions and ad-hoc inquiries.
• Recognize and highlight areas for improvement, including operational controls, to team leads and/or managers.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fund administration or investor services-related roles.
• A strong sense of integrity and a commitment to consistently doing right by our clients and the business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-motivated: capable of identifying issues and taking ownership of developing and executing solutions.
• Highly adaptable and flexible; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
