This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Our team is currently looking to fill two positions. Each role will contribute to various projects, concentrating on areas such as Certified Community Behavioral Health Centers (CCBHCs), the behavioral health workforce, or addressing tobacco- and cancer-related disparities in individuals with mental health needs.
• Responsibilities may encompass, but are not confined to: Meeting Coordination & Support: Organize scheduling for meetings and events using Outlook for both internal and external teams. Manage logistics for meetings and events, ensuring appropriate setup for virtual gatherings via Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Assist with logistical and administrative requirements during virtual meetings, including screen sharing, breakout rooms, and monitoring chat boxes. Aid in meeting preparation and follow-up, sharing agendas and materials beforehand as well as addressing follow-up items post-meeting.
• Technical Assistance: Assist in the development of technical assistance activities and resources as assigned, such as virtual events or resource creation. Help track and monitor technical assistance activities, including attendance tracking, attendee satisfaction, and other metrics necessary for reporting.
• Program Administration: Aid in data entry processes, ensuring candidate information is accurately entered into relevant tracking systems and that records are current across platforms. Monitor milestone progress throughout the candidate onboarding process, maintaining internal dashboards or trackers and alerting the supervising team to any outstanding items or discrepancies. Prepare, organize, and maintain internal finance-related documentation, including invoice tracking logs, purchase records, and budget-related documents as assigned.
• Additional project tasks as assigned.
• Must be a current student (having completed at least two full-time years of undergraduate study) or a recent graduate (within the last six months) in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Proven organizational, project, and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities.
• Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Office, and AI note-taking and summarizing tools is preferred.
• Experience in public health, social work, health care administration, mental health and substance use services, or related fields is advantageous.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• All interns receive compensation of $20/hour.
• Remote work: We encourage applicants from all US time zones, with the understanding that some mandatory meetings and training sessions may occur in US Eastern Time.
