This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assess and process requests for refunds and warranty claims
• Assist with the onboarding of Authorized Service Providers (ASP) and manage CRM operations
• Evaluate and verify refund requests submitted by Tier 1
• Ensure the accuracy of customer information, proof of purchase, eligibility, and refund amounts
• Review and manage warranty claims submitted by ASPs
• Validate labor, parts, and supporting documents in accordance with warranty policies
• Make decisions to approve or deny claims and collaborate with ASPs for any necessary corrections
• Compile and submit weekly payroll for warranty and refund claims
• Provide assistance for Call Experts CRM (including claims, tickets, and access issues)
• Ensure that all transactions comply with internal policies and audit standards
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warranty processing, claims management, or service operations
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision
• Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Call Experts is a plus)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Preferred experience in supporting service provider networks (ASP)
• Background in the appliance or consumer goods sector
• Experience in refund or payroll processing
