This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Strategize and implement merchandising initiatives.
• Engage with targeted accounts.
• Collaborate with the Manager to promote PDQ's, displays, and end cap placements in-store.
• Relay sales leads and additional opportunities to the Celsius territory manager.
• Broaden product distribution as permitted by the store manager, adhering to account type guidelines.
• Ensure that account shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are stocked and displayed according to the designated brand flow.
• Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, cold spaces, and warm shelves per account guidelines (Independent, chain, etc.).
• Position point-of-sale materials as authorized by the account manager.
• Participate in new store openings and provide support during store resets.
• Capture photographs; include images with weekly reporting documents.
• Conduct product demonstrations upon request.
• Create and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to facilitate weekly and monthly planning.
• Communicate as necessary with the territory sales manager, district manager, and regional manager.
• Make 15-20 account visits daily.
• Track and complete all account calls using the Celsius sales app.
• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage.
• Complete other records or documentation as assigned.
• Experience: 0-2 years in retail or merchandising; prior merchandising experience is advantageous.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work flexible hours, 40-hour work week (Wednesday – Sunday).
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and possess a positive attitude.
• Must be a self-starter and team player.
• Excellent driving record along with required insurance and license.
• Personal vehicle required; an allowance will be provided.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively internally and with external contacts.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
