Warehouse Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversees various departments within the distribution center, such as case picking, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment.

• Provides guidance and motivation to warehouse associates while prioritizing safety, productivity, and quality.

• Monitors the productivity of warehouse associates and distributes workload effectively to meet production and delivery targets.

• Supplies training, tools, and equipment to warehouse associates to ensure tasks are performed safely and efficiently.

• Ensures the smooth operation of all warehousing functions and serves as a point of contact for escalated concerns.

• Identifies opportunities for process improvements to boost the performance of the distribution center and enhance departmental effectiveness.

• Fills out necessary paperwork and productivity reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a distribution center environment.

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity.

• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
