This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Assist in receiving, unloading, and processing incoming shipments.
β’ Acquire skills to pick, pack, and accurately prepare orders for shipment.
β’ Operate essential warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training will be provided).
β’ Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse environment.
β’ Participate in inventory counts and stock management activities.
β’ Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
β’ Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
β’ Assist in identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues related to inventory or shipments.
β’ Learn and implement warehouse management systems and procedures.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
β’ Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.
β’ Physical stamina with the ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
β’ Basic mathematical skills for inventory and shipping calculations.
β’ Willingness to learn how to operate warehouse equipment.
β’ Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
β’ Reliable transportation for commuting to Ouro Branco, Brazil.
β’ Forklift certification is preferred (training may be available).
β’ Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (knowledge of English is a plus).
β’ Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
