Warehouse Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and processing incoming shipments.

• Acquire skills to pick, pack, and accurately prepare orders for shipment.

• Operate essential warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training will be provided).

• Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse environment.

• Participate in inventory counts and stock management activities.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless warehouse operations.

• Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.

• Assist in identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues related to inventory or shipments.

• Learn and implement warehouse management systems and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management systems.

• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.

• Physical stamina with the ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.

• Basic mathematical skills for inventory and shipping calculations.

• Willingness to learn how to operate warehouse equipment.

• Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Reliable transportation for commuting to Ouro Branco, Brazil.

• Forklift certification is preferred (training may be available).

• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (knowledge of English is a plus).

• Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
