
Waiver Processing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
β’ Review, process, track, and manage waiver applications along with associated documentation.
β’ Ensure that all submitted forms comply with organizational, regulatory, and program standards.
β’ Provide administrative assistance to clients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
β’ Communicate with applicants, service providers, and internal departments regarding the status of applications, requirements, and necessary corrections.
β’ Assist in the preparation and distribution of approval, denial, and request-for-information communications.
β’ Maintain confidential records in line with policies and privacy regulations.
β’ Support audits, quality assurance assessments, and compliance initiatives.
β’ Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
β’ High school diploma or GED.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in administrative roles, clerical work, data entry, or customer service.
β’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
β’ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
β’ Ability to multitask and stay updated with technologies that enhance team and customer service.
β’ Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
