This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and cultivate three cohesive teams: Workforce AI Presales, Workforce AI Delivery, and Microsoft Productivity Presales, promoting a collaborative culture of accountability, innovation, and customer impact.
• Propel Talent Evolution by establishing an accountable culture for leaders to attract and nurture the right talent to meet the fast-changing business demands in AI and productivity.
• Minimize attrition, draw in top-tier talent, and encourage high-performing Solutions Architects and Delivery professionals.
• Guide and inspire team members to achieve satisfactory performance; provide clear, diverse, equitable, and inclusive leadership at every level.
• Persistently enhance recruiting initiatives and collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to maintain a diverse and ongoing candidate pipeline.
• Guarantee that SA and delivery capacity is balanced and appropriately aligned with market opportunities across both Workforce AI and Microsoft Productivity practices.
• Exceptional leadership and management experience, including oversight of both presales and delivery teams.
• Genuine and transparent leader who fosters a culture of success through customer relevance and impact.
• Demonstrated success in a senior leadership role with a history of cultivating executive relationships both internally and with strategic partners.
• Extensive knowledge of Workforce AI and Microsoft Productivity solutions (Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, Viva, and associated AI tools).
• Strong business acumen; capability to optimize budgets based on maximum potential returns.
• Proven history of driving organizational change and managing large, dispersed teams.
• In-depth understanding of system and solution architectures across AI, cloud, and modern workplace sectors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to large, executive-level audiences.
• Capability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Strong partner management experience with hyperscalers and ISVs in the AI and productivity domain.
• Willingness to travel up to 40-50% to various regions to ensure visibility and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a presales and/or delivery leadership capacity.
• At least 8 years in a second-line or higher leadership role with a proven history of surpassing expectations and managing substantial presales and/or delivery teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI, modern workplace, or Microsoft Productivity practices is preferred.
• Established relationships with Microsoft and/or other key Workforce AI partners are strongly preferred.
