This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and enhance our global total rewards strategy to effectively attract, retain, and motivate our distributed workforce.
• Spearhead the global design, implementation, and management of competitive compensation programs, encompassing base salary, variable pay, and equity incentives.
• Supervise our employee benefits programs, ensuring they are not only competitive and cost-effective but also aligned with employee needs and organizational goals.
• Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to maintain the competitiveness of our total rewards programs, supporting our talent acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to guarantee compliance with all relevant regulations and governance requirements, especially concerning executive compensation.
• Offer strategic guidance and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team and the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors regarding total rewards issues.
• In conjunction with Legal and other internal People functions, ensure global equity and diversity compliance. Manage EEO/AA compliance, including the preparation, enforcement, and communication of Affirmative Action Plans and necessary filings such as EEO-1 and Vets-100.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation in our total rewards programs by leveraging technology and best practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of compensation and benefits professionals, cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and ongoing learning, while nurturing future leaders.
• Over 10 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management, including significant experience in a leadership capacity.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing global compensation and benefits programs within the technology sector, ideally in both large established firms and emerging growth companies.
• Strong grasp of executive compensation principles, including experience working with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
• Strategic mindset with the capability to think analytically and convert business objectives into effective total rewards strategies.
• Hands-on approach with readiness to engage in details as necessary.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
• High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism, committed to maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards.
