This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +8 more states.
• Create and direct comprehensive strategies for market entry and expansion across various regions.
• Examine trends, customer behaviors, competitive landscapes, and regulatory frameworks.
• Discover untapped opportunities and convert insights into practical strategic plans.
• Identify, assess, and negotiate strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of business development initiatives.
• Work in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Partner with senior leadership to establish growth objectives and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead internal cross-functional teams focused on market expansion and business development projects.
• Over 15 years of experience in strategy, business development, or commercial leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with personal execution to drive revenue growth.
• Extensive experience in the healthcare, digital health, or health plans/employers ecosystem.
• Proven success in sourcing, structuring, and finalizing complex partnerships or enterprise agreements.
• Experience in leading cross-functional strategy and execution efforts across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.
• Experience in building and leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
