📋 Description

• Take ownership of and spearhead regional revenue generation, pipeline development, and forecasting for South Korea, ensuring it aligns with Blackwall’s global growth objectives.

• Formulate and implement the regional go-to-market strategy, emphasizing the prioritization of target markets, customers, and strategic partnerships.

• Establish and enhance Blackwall’s commercial footprint in South Korea by forging relationships with key partners across the hosting, infrastructure, and cybersecurity landscapes.

• Oversee partner selection, deal planning, and execution, serving as a senior escalation point for major partners and strategic clientele.

• Provide proactive commercial leadership in strategic deals and intricate negotiations.

• Build, structure, and expand the regional sales team in alignment with business growth, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management as required.

• Collaborate closely with Partner Success and Technical Operations to ensure effective partner onboarding, validation, and sustained growth.

• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations to facilitate go-to-market execution, pricing strategies, contracts, and operational excellence.

• Represent Blackwall at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings throughout South Korea.

• Deliver clear reporting and insights to global leadership regarding regional progress, opportunities, and challenges.


⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial strategy in the cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, hosting, or similar technology domains.

• In-depth understanding of the South Korean technology ecosystem, including hosting providers, MSPs, ISPs, and enterprise infrastructure buyers.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies and establishing partner ecosystems.

• Proven track record in leading complex enterprise or channel sales and successfully closing high-value deals.

• Experience in building and leading regional sales teams or commercial organizations.

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities, with the ability to navigate complex strategic deals.

• Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English.
