This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Spearheading revenue expansion throughout Australia and New Zealand
• Overseeing Sales Managers, Account Management, and RevOps activities
• Enhancing sales practices, forecasting accuracy, reporting, and CRM adherence
• Facilitating acquisition, retention, and overall performance of restaurant partners
• Mentoring and nurturing sales leaders and potential future talent
• Collaborating with Marketing to ensure alignment between supply and diner demand
• Advancing support for restaurants throughout the customer lifecycle
• Contributing to the overall company strategy as a member of the Executive Leadership Team
• Fostering a robust, cohesive, and high-performing culture across distributed teams
• Extensive commercial leadership experience in a high-growth environment
• Proven sales leadership skills across diverse markets or regions
• Experience managing both acquisition and account management/customer success teams
• Strong operational and Revenue Operations expertise
• Proficient in utilizing data, reporting, and CRM systems to enhance performance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in hospitality, food-tech, SaaS, marketplace, or travel sectors would be highly advantageous
