📋 Description

• Responsible for developing and implementing a regional strategy aimed at enhancing the number of successful ownership transfers.

• Facilitate ownership transfers by effectively pairing potential buyers with sellers.

• Provide consultation throughout the process, arrange financing options, and promote general awareness of ownership opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or equivalent is required, along with typically more than 10 years of relevant experience.

• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• Possess consultative skills and critical thinking abilities.

• Experience in retail pharmacy operations, whether in chain or independent settings, is essential.

• Knowledge of business or finance is required.
