This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
β’ Manage national relationships with payers and develop contract strategies.
β’ Negotiate long-term rate renewals with top-tier payers.
β’ Drive the expansion of behavioral health payer contracting across new states.
β’ Assess and establish value-based care partnerships.
β’ Create payer performance dashboards and oversee governance.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in healthcare payer strategy, network contracting, or health plan collaborations.
β’ At least 5 years in senior leadership positions (VP, SVP, or Director-level).
β’ Demonstrated success with Tier 1 payers.
β’ Hands-on experience negotiating contracts worth millions of dollars.
β’ Experience in multi-site healthcare environments.
β’ Familiarity with multi-state contracting.
β’ Expertise in provider credentialing.
β’ Strong skills in financial modeling.
β’ Proficient in payer analytics and claims data.
β’ Experience with value-based care initiatives.
