• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 10 years of experience in retail pharmacy operations, whether in chain or independent settings.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with specific software applications may be necessary.
• Knowledge of business or finance.
• Understanding of pharmacy law and regulations.
• Strong consultative skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with the ownership transfer process.
• Skills in financial analysis.
• Knowledge of banking and loan processes.
• Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
