This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Acquire new clients and maintain current relationships by facilitating ownership transfers.

• Collaborate closely with state associations, pharmacy schools, buying groups, and field sales teams.

• Ensure a seamless ownership transfer once the process is initiated.

• Keep accurate records of potential buyers and sellers in the database.

• Offer consultative support and guidance for ownership transfers to potential Independent Pharmacy buyers and sellers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 10 years of experience in retail pharmacy operations, whether in chain or independent settings.

• 3 to 5 years of experience with specific software applications may be necessary.

• Knowledge of business or finance.

• Understanding of pharmacy law and regulations.

• Strong consultative skills and critical thinking abilities.

• Familiarity with the ownership transfer process.

• Skills in financial analysis.

• Knowledge of banking and loan processes.

• Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
